Shell and Tube Condenser

The shell tube condenser comprises a heat transfer tube bundle and a housing, characterized in that the

heat transfer tube bundle is composed of two or more heat transfer tubes, and the heat transfer tube

bundle is subjected to overheating according to the gas, gas condensation and liquid Cold three different

heat transfer process, matching the respective heat transfer tube.

The beneficial effect of the invention is that the heat transfer process and the characteristic of the

supercooled tube bundle are used in the condenser, the gas superheat tube bundle, the gas condensing

the upper layer tube bundle, the condensed lower layer tube bundle and the subcooled tube bundle are

used with the optimum heat transfer tube, The traditional design uses the same kind of heat transfer tube

only for the condensation of the upper tube bundle heat exchange optimization, effectively improve the

heat exchanger heat exchanger effect.
